Agile Team Coaches

Being able to support teams in improving their delivery and efficiency by using engineering productivity metrics, designing a lean way of working, and high alignment with other teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Agile methodologies, engineering productivity metrics, and lean ways of working
• Design and implement ideas to increase team efficiency and improve delivery
• Coaching and support to managers, helping them to effectively lead their teams
• Communication and collaboration between teams to ensure alignment and consistency in delivery.
• Teach and mentor team members on the usage of engineering productivity metrics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in coaching and leading agile teams
• Strong understanding of engineering processes, productivity metrics, and lean ways of working
• Proficiency in agile project management tools and methodologies
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
