• Develop and adjust tools based on the requirements of the Digital Delivery programmes and projects. Embed the toolkit in Digital Delivery and ensure meeting agreed standards.
• Support the development and implementation of the people change strategy of Digital Delivery programme(s)
• Prepare and present Change approach / strategy / plans with key deliverables and resources
• Determine model of engagement and seek to understand internal audiences to raise awareness and engage people in adopting change

• Support the continuous development and improvement of the Digital Delivery People Change Management Toolkit. The toolkit provides tools and a standardised approach to deliver People Change Management.

• Develop, implement and/or support the people change strategy at project level.
• Manage the people change plan
• Ensure new or updated IT services will be properly embedded in the organisation by providing a seamless hand to the Business as Usual owner of training materials, training plan, communications approach etc.
• Support the continuous development and improvement of the Digital Delivery People Change Management Toolkit. The toolkit provides tools and a standardised approach to deliver People Change Management.
