The Role of a Content Strategist
We are seeking a professional with 5+ years of experience in multi-national business environment in a Digital and/or eCommerce environment to join us and help define and drive the future of content personalisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Streamline personalisation tests and deliver a living playbook that guides the business on which strategies deliver impact, which are under investigation, and where testing is still needed
- Work with Experience, Product and Markets to design and operate personalisation pilots
- Create content efficiency opportunities through touchpoint agnostic content, content consolidation and automations (e.g. dynamic image sizing)
- Update global and market guidance for the business and actively communicate the changes
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable presenting to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely, have good project management skills and the ability to handle ambiguity and untangle complex situations into actionable activities. Additionally, an affinity to work with market teams and more technical digital product testing teams on solutions and processes, as well as the ability to understand consumer behaviour across the entire digital landscape is a big plus.
This role is offered as a full time position working 4-5 days/week with the possibility of 100% remote work.
