This is an opportunity with a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing groundbreaking therapies in the immunology space. This is a key role on a collaborative, cross functional team. This role will be responsible for driving the development of global medical communications plans, overseeing tactical execution, providing competitive intelligence and managing agency partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of medical communications plans
  • Manage agency partners
  • Develop a variety of publications projects including manuscripts, abstracts, posters, outlines and slide presentations.
  • Provide competitive intelligence
  • Make strategic recommendations to the wider team
  • Represent medical with KOLs and key stakeholders
  • Ensure scientific excellence and quality assurance
  • Participate in on site review before live events
  • Manage medical information needs

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree, doctoral level preferred
  • 7+ years in medical affairs and/or publications
  • Understanding of the drug development process through launch
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience managing teams
