Job description:
Responsible for realizing the maximum value of the product or service that results from the work of the team in accordance with the needs and agreements with the customer. Determines WHAT is needed to achieve goals.

Product and Innovation.
-Maximizes the value of the product or service and achieves the set goals.
- Determines what needs to be done, informs team about the value and makes decisions.
-Prepares strategy and roadmap for product or service and lifecycle management.
-Follows developments within focus area
-Explores new methods/techniques and translates these into vision, policy, opportunities and risks
-Initiates innovation within product domain
-Co-develops business cases for new initiatives and projects
- Helps determine requirements for products and services and ensures required reliability, performance and availability.
- Develops vision regarding construction and development of product or service

Business Processes.
-Identifies improvements and develops conditions for change.
-Enables development team to design solutions so that they are efficient and effective, meet customer requirements and ensure organizational development and growth.
-Streamlines processes, understands and measures requirements and maximizes value.
- Ensure collection of feedback from the customer and strive for high customer and employee satisfaction.
- Advises organization on strategy, goals and processes.
-Communicates the design of improved processes.

Product backlog.
- Ensures that product backlog is current, visible, transparent and clear to everyone.
- Sorts and prioritizes the backlog together with the Business Owner to best achieve the goals and missions.
- Ensures optimizing the work of the development team.
- Ensures that innovation and development are given a place on the backlog.
-Analyzes and monitors that development team understand the backlog items well.
- Ensures coordination with stakeholders.
- Ensures that team i.s.m. with the scrum master, among others, is able (facilitates and stimulates) to realize the backlog/sprints, among other things

Stakeholders.
-Sets a vision on stakeholders and establishes a connection between the team and stakeholders.
-Promotes interests and represents the organization to stakeholders.
-Builds, maintains network stakeholders and deploys network to achieve organizational objectives.
-Identifies and investigates opportunities for partnerships.
- Collects and generates information within networks and translates it into information for the organization.
-Informs stakeholders about progress and (release) planning.
-Agrees with suppliers and manages contracts and framework agreements and services.
