Scientific Director, Publications and Medical Affairs (MB-32557423)
This role is responsible for the direction and development of publications and medical affairs projects with a growing medical communications agency. This is a client facing role responsible for developing scientific strategy, reviewing and developing content, and collaborating cross functionally with internal teams. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead the development of a variety of publications projects including manuscripts, abstracts, posters and congress materials

Review materials for scientific accuracy

Act as liaison between management, clients, and internal groups

Develop publication plans and scientific communications platforms

Ensure deliverables are completed and client expectations are met

Present information in one-on-one and group settings to clients, vendors and internal teams.

Proactively identify business opportunities

Deliver projects that meet the agreed upon objectives, are within the job specifications as defined by client/team and are technically accurate

Mentor team members by providing leadership, support and motivation
Requirements:

Doctorate level degree preferred
-
At least 5 years of experience working in a medical communications agency environment

At least 3 years of experience working on publications projects
-
Proven success growing and developing client relationships
Compensation and Benefits:

$130,000 - $160,000 annual salary, commensurate with candidate experience
