Senior Medical Writer (MB-33994482)

Description:

• Work in the publications or/and medical affairs space at an esteemed Medical Communications agency (primarily pubs)
• Therapeutic options in the following: oncology, hematology, infectious disease, respiratory, cardiovascular, neurology, MS, GI or immunology
• Mentor and work hands on with junior staff members and colleagues, helping them to develop
• Create deliverables including manuscripts, abstracts, posters, publications plans, slide decks congress materials , scientific platforms, advisory boards, MSL Decks, and competitive analysis,
• Option to participate in business development initiatives
• Work remotely (traveling periodically throughout the year for congress and things of that nature etc.
• A clear pipeline for growth and progress in your career within the company will be evident
• The ability to have proper work life balance so that the position will be sustainable and you can enjoy longevity with the company

Job Requirements:

• Advanced degree (PHD, PharmD, or MD preferred)
• 1.5+ years of experience in a medical communications agency
• Previous experience in publications and/or medical affairs
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Strong communications skills
• Previous experience with direct reports is a plus
• A desire to learn and grow and make the world better through the work
• Willingness to travel multiple times per year
