VP Scientific Director, Advertising (MB-33621048)
This is a VP Scientific Director opportunity with a growing HCP advertising agency looking for a scientific leader to join their team.
This role will lead medical strategy collaborating cross functionally to tell their clients' products' stories. You will be responsible for leading scientific strategy, collaborating closely with clients, pitching for new business and developing junior team members.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD or MD preferred)
- 7+years' experience working in scientific services in a pharma advertising/medical communications agency settings
- Highly strategic thinker
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to develop client relationships
- Experienced pitching for new business
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Experience mentoring junior scientific staff
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Compensation and Benefits:
- $160,000 - $190,000 annual salary, commensurate with candidate experience
