VP Scientific Director, Promo Med Ed (MB-32888630)

This is a leadership role within a full-service agency. In this role you will take on broad leadership responsibility collaborating closely with cross functional agency executives. The aim of this role is to lead medical strategy, spearhead client relationships, drive business development and oversee a scientific team.

Requirements:

• Advanced scientific degree
• 8+ years' scientific direction experience within medical communications
• Experienced manager devoted to growing and developing junior team members
• Strong strategic leader, experienced leading and overseeing scientific strategy
• Strong understanding of promo med ed projects; able to set tactical plans and ensure they are adhered to and executed with scientific excellence
• Experienced leading new business pitches with a strong track record of success
• Ability to effectively present to clients and internal leadership
• Collaborative team member

Compensation and Benefits:

• $170,000-$190,000 annual salary, commensurate with candidate experience
