Corporate Social Responsibility
Corporate social responsibility is an important part of our organization. We believe it is important to contribute to society and we do this in various ways. Besides the fact that our colleagues get five paid volunteer days a year that they can spend working for any organization of their choice, they are also involved in various initiatives from the organization in the field of Environment, Society and Governance. These are executed by our ESG teams within Madison Black and SThree.

A more inclusive future
We are committed to breaking down work barriers and STEM careers for disadvantaged target groups in our society. Together with colleagues, customers, educational institutions and non-profit partners, we are building a future for everyone.
We work together with various organizations such as Global Innovation Challenge, Women in Tech and Forward Inc.
ESG
Our ESG team in the Netherlands organizes various activities throughout the year. New colleagues from Madison Black and SThree will be invited to our starters day in the first three months. You get to know your new colleagues from all brands while giving back to society. Collecting plastic, planting trees, cleaning the canals of Amsterdam, these are three of the many examples of our starter day activities.
