Be the global Digital Marketing leader that sets, develops and deploys the Group digital roadmap in order to increase the effectiveness of the Digital Marketing content & media strategy for all global brands, in close partnership with the key OC's and Group Marketing teams.

Key objectives are:

  1. Digital Roadmap: Set the Digital Agenda and roadmap for global brands for 2022
  2. Capability building: Development of required online marketing skill-sets andprocesses for colleagues on decision-making- & operational levels ofthe organization
  3. Digital Strategy & Content Development: Development of best practiceDigital content & comms- strategies.
  4. Deploy golden launches to OCs with digital campaigns toolkit, mediarecommendations, actionable KPI's and measurement tools in alignmentwith the global and local brand teams.
  5. Ecommerce growth: Boost ecom growth program in key markets byoptimizing the traffic flow and maximizing conversion levels.
  6. Partnerships: Maximize impact of relevant global online media partners anddigital ad tech relationships (e.g. FB, google, snapchat, googlemarketing platform, socialbakers, etc
  7. Owned Media: Manage and optimize effectiveness of Owned Mediachannels
