Role overview

We are looking for an Interim Product Manager to take full end‑to‑end ownership of a complex Delivery & Billing domain within a B2B energy environment. This assignment sits in a high‑pressure context where delivery capacity is constrained while demand and regulatory requirements remain high.

The focus of the role is to restore structure, prioritisation and control across a critical domain that directly impacts revenue, compliance and customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

Own the Delivery & Billing domain end‑to‑end, acting as the single point of accountability
Decide what must be delivered immediately (e.g. compliance, revenue protection, operational continuity)
Actively deprioritise or postpone lower‑impact initiatives
Create and maintain a realistic, constraint‑driven product roadmap aligned with available delivery capacity
Navigate and manage a complex system landscape including legacy platforms and ongoing IT migrations
Ensure the Delivery & Billing domain remains visible and protected within broader transformation programmes
Collaborate closely with IT, operations, finance and regulatory stakeholders to drive outcomes

Ideal profile

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on, pragmatic Product Manager who is comfortable operating in complexity and making tough prioritisation decisions.

You will bring:

Strong energy / utilities experience, ideally within B2B contexts
Deep domain knowledge in billing, invoicing, metering, delivery or order‑to‑cash processes
Proven hands‑on experience with enterprise platforms such as Dynamics 365, UMAX, billing engines and ERP systems
A track record of working in regulated environments with a mix of legacy systems and active migration programmes
The ability to operate autonomously, own a full domain, and drive clarity under limited delivery capacity
A structured, outcome‑driven mindset with the confidence to challenge stakeholders when needed
