Performance Marketing Data & Measurement Specialist

For one of our clients, I am currently looking for a Freelance Performance Marketing Data & Measurement Specialist for an interim assignment of approximately 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

Key details

• Start date: ASAP, ideally with a handover period before the end of September
• 32 hours
• Hybrid, Wednesday is a fixed office day

In this role, you will take ownership of a critical Performance Marketing data and measurement capability. You will be responsible for maintaining existing data pipelines, supporting the migration to a real-time Value Updater setup within Google Ads, and analysing the effectiveness of paid search campaigns.

We are looking for someone with:

• Strong SQL, data analysis, and Power BI experience
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-level Google Ads environments, including bidding strategies and conversion tracking
• Knowledge of Google Ads API, Google Marketing Platform, and offline/real-time conversion measurement
• Experience with data engineering concepts, ETL processes, and cloud platforms such as Azure and GCP
• The ability to quickly onboard into a complex enterprise environment and work independently
